Pre-visit Design:

We know that the most important concept for the preperation of your evaluation process is listening to your requirements. We will pay detailed attention to your needs and integrate your requirements into the evaluation process to make sure you get the answers you need along with our comprehensive analysis.

Visit:

This process is custom designed again to your requirements as presented in the above procedure. The categorization and layout of the visit changes for all locations but will be fully covered in order to finalize your requirements.

After visit Report:

A management debriefing onsite is possible but not recommended for all circumstances. Continuity on re-visits is imperative and makes the visits more rewarding for the customer. Other forms of debrief are possible without disclosing identities (Skype conferencing).

The concept behind our visit is to acheive all the data and intelligence not possible from a management inspection or a supervisor inspection allowing you to achieve a higher standard of client service for return customers to enjoy your facility time and time again.
